Verbena

Remember to mix it with almond and olive oil. Another option is to use it for aromatherapy, by heating a few drops of oil in a radiator or diffuser. Some people prepare St. John's wort tea with some leaves in a cup of boiling water (do not drink more than three cups a day).

Valerian
